Chelsea began her career within the Executive Recruitment sector as the “first port of call” for James Gall & Associates in 2004. Commencing in an administrative capacity, she quickly progressed to occupy a role of Personal Assistant supporting three Senior Search Consultants.

Looking in 2007 to diversify her skillset, Chelsea joined the Elders group, in a key support role to the Executive Management team. After a short time, she was approached by the General Manager, Wool and stepped into the role of Executive Assistant to this individual. Whilst enjoying this challenge for some time, the lure of the Executive Recruitment sector proved too strong, Chelsea re-joining James Gall & Associates in 2009.

In her current position, she conducts mid and senior level local, national and international Research/Para Consulting activities for our specialist consulting team and Managing Director, ultimately enabling our firm to provide a designated, professional and invaluable service offering internally and subsequently, to our respected client companies.
